Chuck Cain
Senior Partner, Harvard Group International
Chuck Cain is a Senior Partner with the Firm and heads the Consumer & Business Services and the Global Sports, Leisure & Entertainment Practices and serves as a Co-Leader of the Nonprofit Practice. He is also one of the key leaders within Harvard Group’s industry-leading Diversity Practice. More recently, his extensive network has enabled him to expand his experience to include deal generation and capital raises for Corporate, Private Equity and Venture Capital interests across various disciplines and sizes.
Chuck’s personal executive search practice includes work in a wide range of industries, including: Sports & Entertainment, Financial Services, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Aerospace, Retail, Consumer Products, Energy, Oil & Gas, Insurance, Printing, Nonprofit, Media/Entertainment, and General Manufacturing. His clients have ranged from start-ups to the Fortune 100, with revenues of $2 Million to over $80 Billion.
Chuck has 25 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Recruiting, Operations, and General Management at many levels. Prior to joining Harvard Group International, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a medical services company with responsibility for all business operations, sales, marketing and hiring functions. He also has over seven years of experience in the large-format digital and analog printing industry. Additionally, he spent a number of years in management consulting, responsible for business development and project management. His work has taken him around the globe, with projects across the US, Japan and throughout Europe, working for companies ranging from 4 to over 30,000 people.
Chuck holds an MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University. He also received dual Bachelors of Science degrees in Multinational Marketing & Management from the Wharton School and in Systems Engineering from School of Engineering and Applied Science from the Jerome Fisher Program for Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania.
PERSONAL: Chuck resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children.
